Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and includes all accessories.
We can only issue refunds for items that were purchased directly with us through store.eagletechusa.com and not from other retailers.
PARTIAL REFUNDS & RESTOCKING FEES
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (up to 50% of the item's purchase price):
• Item that is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error
• Item that is returned more than 30 days after an RMA number has been issued
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS FOR REFUND
Step 1 Submit your refund request. Go to support.eagletechusa.com and create a new support ticket.
Step 2 After obtaining an RMA number, ship the product.
• Properly pack the product for shipping.
• Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton. Eagle Tech USA is not responsible for any product returned without an RMA number posted on the outside of the shipping carton.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, to the following address:

Step 3 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-8 business days.
